  • Select the cryptocurrency you wish to use.

  • Enter any coupon code if you have one.

  • Click Continue with Cryptocurrency.

Step 3: Make Your Payment

  • You’ll be redirected to our secure crypto gateway.

  • Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address.

  • Send the exact amount shown, including decimals.

  • Complete the payment within the time window.

Important

  • Double-check that you’re using the correct blockchain network.

  • Some wallets or exchanges charge transaction fees — ensure you add these on top of the payment amount.

Confirm & Wait for Processing

  • After payment, allow a few minutes for blockchain confirmation.

  • Once confirmed, you’ll receive a success message.

  • Your proxies will be added to your account automatically.

Access Your Proxies

  • Head to your Dashboard to view your bandwidth.

  • Didn’t receive proxies after 20 minutes? Contact Support with your transaction ID.

1. Transaction Pending

Cause: Network congestion.

Solution: Wait and check the blockchain for updates.

2. Expired Payment Window

Cause: Payment wasn’t sent in time.

Solution: Place a new order and try again.

3. Wrong Network Used

Cause: Sent on a different blockchain.

Solution: Always double-check the required network before sending.

4. Incorrect Amount Sent

4.1. If you paid too little

  • Try sending the remaining amount.

  • If your exchange doesn’t allow small transfers, switch wallets or wait for an automatic refund.

4.2. If you paid too much

  • Any extra amount will be automatically refunded after confirmation.
